Ralph Finch admits he has no idea how or why target balls took over his life, but "one has to accept one's fate," laments the Michigan collector who not only publishes a three-times-a-year 24-page newsletter for target ball collectors, but is also half-way through a 300-page, full-color book detailing the history and value of target balls.
The newsletter, On Target!, is available for $35 a year.
